For every relevant topic, companies add real examples from within their organisation — from team initiatives to business practices. These examples are placed on the reverse side of diamond-shaped cards, turning abstract standards into tangible actions and proof of impact.
The result: a tailor-made collection of 25 to 60 cards, depending on company size, that visually represents your organisation’s journey towards positive impact. Together, these cards form a complete Impact Star — a shared tool for B Corp engagement, reflection, and storytelling across employees and stakeholders.
